SUMMARY:Political Islam – Issues and Actions
DESCRIPTION:Mike Goss\, the managing member of Crescent Presentations LLC\, will talk\nabout “Political Islam – Issues and Actions” on October 14th at the\nTavares Civic Center. (Doors open at 6pm with a 7pm start.) Mike is a\nretired Naval Intelligence Officer whose first exposure to Islam was in 1989\nas Executive Officer\, US Navy Anti-Terrorist Alert Center (reserve unit). He\nis also a former CIA officer who served 24 years in various senior\nleadership capacities across the Agency. He achieved Senior Intelligence\nService rank\, CIA’s version of a Flag Officer. Mike later worked as Vice\nPresident of BAE Systems for six years before retiring to Florida. He is an\nexpert on Political Islam\nMike’s comprehensive talk is organized into several sections including an\noverview of Islam\, Sharia Law\, women under Islam\, and “Civilization Jihad.”\nHis presentation extensively uses visuals and graphics which makes it\nmuch easier for anyone to quickly understand the key concepts discussed.\nHis presentation is designed for people who have little to no knowledge of\nIslam. There will be a Q&A session afterwards.\nPlease join us. Attendees will get a basic understanding of the problem\,\noptions to expand their knowledge of the topic\, and familiarity with the two\nbroad categories of Muslims.
